In today’s digital age, social media has become an integral part of our lives. It has not only changed the way we communicate with each other but has also revolutionized the way businesses interact with their customers. With billions of people using different social media platforms, it is crucial for businesses to have an active presence on these platforms. However, merely having a social media account is not enough; businesses must also engage with their audience to build a loyal following, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.   1. Create content, at least one post a week, that asks for engagement.
  2. Share each post from your business page to your personal page.
  3. Ask your employees/team/family to share your posts from your business page.
  4. Run a contest: if you have branded trucks/cars you could run a contest when you see our car post and tag the company. 1 lucky winner will be drawn each month for a gift certificate to a local business.   5.   6. Log into your professional dashboard on Facebook and invite your friends to like the page. Do this weekly, no more than 25 a week.
  7. If you work with customers and you are at their homes/businesses, then take a picture with them and have them post and tag your business.
  8. Create stories & reels
  9. Host an ask me anything story (you give them a general topic).
  10. Take your customers on a tour of your office on a reel
  11. Do a reel/post about each employee
  12. If you work directly with other businesses, share their posts and ask them to share yours.
  13. Every other month ask for reviews. When someone writes a review, respond within a few days.
  14. When you are out and about at local places/events, take a picture, write a post, and tag the business – this will help both of your companies increase awareness/engagement.
  15. Every couple of days (at least once a week) from your business page, comment on other businesses’ posts, followers’ pages, etc.
  16. Add your social links to your invoice or as a small card in your package to follow you.
  17. Invite your Engagers to like your page, this can be done by opening up your business page, hover over the engagement (likes, love) and click invite. This can also be done in meta suite.
  18. Search popular hashtags that relate to you and comment on 5-10 posts.
  19. When you comment on posts say more than just thank you ask a question to get the conversations started
